Open UsedStuff, go to Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Email support@usedstuffs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
You can't delete your account while you have an open order (paid but not yet delivered and confirmed, or under dispute). Finish or cancel it first.
Your name, email address, phone number, profile, security question, payout bank details, saved Find It requests, and your listings that were never sold.
If you bought or sold anything, we keep the order and payment records, without your personal details, so the other person's records stay complete and we meet our legal obligations.
Payment records are also held by Paystack under its own policy.
