Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Used Stuff, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to create an account and use the platform.

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use one account for both buying and selling. There's no need for separate accounts.

Listing & Transaction Rules

• Listings must accurately describe the item being sold.
• Buyers and sellers connect and agree on transactions directly through the platform.
• Used Stuff is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. It is not a party to, and does not process payment for, any transaction between users.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or restricted items.
• Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation of an item's condition.
• Harassment or abuse of other users.

Limitation of Liability

Used Stuff is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or condition of items listed on the platform, or for disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers. Users transact with one another at their own discretion and risk.

Account Suspension & Termination

Used Stuff may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, including for prohibited listings, fraudulent activity, or abusive conduct toward other users.

Changes to These Terms

Used Stuff may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Used Stuff is legally registered in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
